Advocacy Maven was founded in 2013 when a tech localization entrepreneur and a customer advocacy professional decided to join forces. We believed that customers were an underutilized force in business growth.
In the early years we focused on creating case studies, animated and live video testimonials, and other marketing content, putting the customer’s voice at the forefront. As the B2B tech landscape started recognizing the value of customer advocacy programs, we knew Advocacy Maven had more to offer.
Our collective experience equipped us with the skills to design customer journeys, manage communities, and support software implementation. We help businesses nurture and leverage their customer advocates, fostering harmonious relationships that encouraged growth on both sides.
In the last decade, Advocacy Maven has evolved from a content creator to a full-fledged provider of customer advocacy, community engagement and journey design services.
